  • No changing in any of the toilets- we simply don't have enough.

  • There is no rehearsing in the dressing rooms- please find a space outside the dressing rooms if a rehearsal is required.

  • Please leave your dressing room clean & tidy- see the front desk if you need a garbage bag or assistance.

  • No parents will be allowed in changing rooms due to privacy & respect for our competitors & limited space available

  • All troupes will be supervised by their teachers at all times- including side of stage when marshaling. Every teacher who will require backstage & change room access will be required to submit their WWCC as part of competition registration.

  • Each school should please make a meeting spot outside the change room and once the entire troupe arrives can be accompanied in & out by their teachers.

  • It is helpful for the dancers to arrive in their first costume to reduce the amount of changing required. As much privacy as possible is provided for our competitors, but it is important to know that as our comps are run in public spaces with schools sharing changing space, complete privacy is difficult to guarantee. Modesty capes are an option for dancers to purchase or dancers are encouraged to wear body stockings or bring a larger garment to wear to change underneath.

  • Teachers should designate a pre-determined space outside of the changing room will be where any hair changes need to happen if parents are required to assist

  • Many thanks for working with us to make our events a safe & controlled environment for all our competitors.
